more detail; ~nicknoo: "Millets is like a big garden centre/dep store. So people know... the ad was live action with the animated characters places in some shots, mainly the end plate."

and If anyone's interested in seeing a few seconds of the animation done, then watch the showreel at the moonoo productions website ... they're on right towards the end... infact watch the showreel anyway, cos it's good. :D

Hey all, how goes? I know I promised you pics... it's just taking a while to get around to posting any, let alone making any! ;)
Here's a bunch of character designs I did for moonoo productions back before christmas for a TV advert for a garden centre called Millets. - I'm posting these up out of curiosity to find out if any of you UKers might have seen the ad? ... I think it was aired around the Oxford area in the run up to and around Christmas time 2005, only the deer with antlers, the squirrel and the robin were in the ad tho. :)

Hehe, they look cool. I didn't see the Ad tho, I'm assuming you just did the character design and someone else animated it?

that's right :] - some of the other guys at moonoo productions did the animation... I think you can see it on their showreel on their website .. only a few seconds of it tho. \:]

They do look familiar to me...I'm from Chalgrove which isnt far from Oxford.....yeah there is definately a bell ringing with me....:D Great job and huge well done for that level of recognition! :boogie:
