Here he is, the finished product! My first attempt at a 4-legged critter, a posable one of a kind art doll of my Candy Lion: Afalon!
I'm particularly pleased with how his mane looks.. I really didn't have a clue how I was going to do it and kind of made it up as I went along but it turned out ok I think!
I like his smug face too.. shame none of these photos show his mismatched eyes too clearly though.
Here's a WIP of his face before it was painted:
